Terms of Service

1. The service
GetBots builds custom AI automations — chatbots, email sequences, content systems — based on the brief you submit. We deliver a working automation plus a setup guide. You install and run it on your own infrastructure.
2. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice — your service remains active until the next billing date. We do not refund partial months.
3. What you must do
You must provide accurate information in the intake form. You are responsible for installing the automation on your site and for the content the automation publishes or sends on your behalf. You must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
4. What we don't do
We do not guarantee specific business results. AI replies may occasionally be inaccurate — your chatbot includes an escalation path so customers can reach a human. We are not liable for content the AI generates beyond replacing it free of charge if it is materially wrong.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our service to send spam, harass anyone, run scams, or break any law. We may suspend your account immediately if you do.
6. Ownership
The code, prompts, and platform are ours. The content and data you provide remain yours. You grant us the right to process them to deliver the service.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms — we will email you about significant changes. Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia.
