Who we are
GetBots is an AI automation service operated by Toms (Latvia). Contact: outreach@getbots.xyz.
What we collect
When you submit our intake form we collect: your name, email address, business type, the automation you want built, the tools you use, optionally your website URL, and any notes you add. We process payments through Stripe — we never see your card details.
How we use it
Your data is used only to deliver the service you asked for: building your automation, sending you the setup guide, billing you, and supporting you afterwards. We may send you a one-time email asking for feedback after delivery.
Who we share with
We use these third-party services to operate the platform: Railway (hosting), PostgreSQL (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (AI processing), Firecrawl (website scraping if you provide a URL). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Chatbot conversations
If you install one of our chatbots on your website, visitor messages and any contact information they share are stored in our database so you can review them. Visitors see a clear disclosure that they are interacting with an AI assistant.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email outreach@getbots.xyz — we respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your project brief and account data while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation. After that it is deleted. Billing records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. Significant changes are notified by email.
